How do you ship within Canada?

All orders within Canada are shipped Canada Post Expedited Parcel, which includes insurance up to $100 and a tracking number. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct on the order form as this is the address we use to ship your order.

How much does shipping cost within Canada?

We appreciate your business with us and so we offer you subsidized shipping. We charge a “flat rate” for shipping which generally covers most orders up to 6 pounds. If your order fits in an envelope (ie. stickers) then we will charge you less, but it will not have insurance & is not traceable.

Heavy or overly large items will be charged actual ship rates. You will be informed of this before your order is sent.
Shipping rates are as follows for Canada
Alberta: $5.00
Rest of Canada: $7.00

Shipping to United States
United States orders will be assessed the actual shipping cost and will be sent Expedited Parcel rate. If any Duties or Customs fees are charged, they are your responsibility. Please allow extra shipping time. Your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We do not assume any responsibility for lost or misdirected orders.

Small items ie: stickers will be sent in envelopes for the cost of the stamp if at all possible. Paper only orders will be shipped in a Rigid Paper Mailer to reduce shipping charges, however this method of shipping is NOT traceable & not insured.

When will my order arrive?

We Strive to send out orders same or next business day so you can expect your order to arrive approximately:

Edmonton: 1-2 business days
Alberta: 2-4 business days
Rest of Canada: 4-8 business days
US orders may take 1-3 weeks to arrive

Are all the items in the online store guaranteed to be in stock?

Our official policy is: “Shop Online store quantities marked ‘in stock’ are not guaranteed to be in stock.” This is because our store in Leduc, Alberta and our Shop Online store do not share the same inventory database. We try our best to update the Shop Online store’s database when items are purchased at our Calmar store. When items are purchased online their inventory quantity automatically decreases. As you can guess it’s quite complicated but we do our best to have the quantity count (marked Qty. In Stock) on our Shop Online store displayed as accurately as possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship anywhere internationally. Actual shipping charges will apply and orders will be sent Postal Air (if available) with insurance. Taxes or duty from your government are your responsibility

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Yes we do and US customers will love the exchange rate! US customers can pay with credit cards or Pay Pal. To calculate the exchange rate click here. Shipping will be the actual cost and is calculated once your order is filled. Your order will be sent USA Parcel. Paper Only orders will be shipped in a Rigid Paper Mailer to reduce shipping costs, however this method is not traceable & is NOT insured. Your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to Customs.

How can I order?

Use our secure shopping cart feature. (Preferred method) If you do not want to use your Credit Card online you can call your card number in to us after you have placed your order with the Shopping Cart

When I pay online, is it secure?

When using our Online Store system you checkout and pay in a fully secured area. All our transactions are fully encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This means that you can shop with confidence, knowing that your credit card and personal information are transmitted using secure, fully encrypted SSL protocol. You can check for the encrypted pages by looking for a little lock icon in your Web browser. For example, a lock icon like this example: appears in the bottom right corner on secure pages using Internet Explorer for Windows.

Do we back order?

No we do not back order items as I have found that it is easier for you to check back with us to see if the item is in stock. Send us an email to check back on a particular item.

Are taxes included in your prices?

No, Canadian residents will need to add 6% GST to their orders but we do not have PST in Alberta.

Can I come to your store and shop?

By all means!! We’d love you to drop by and see our complete selection of products. This will also save you shipping costs! You can call or email your order in ahead of time and pick it up if you wish. We are open Monday – Saturday from 10-5:30, and Thursday night till 8 p.m.

What is your return policy?

We will be happy to take back any product that is defective from the manufacturer and replace it as long as it is in it’s original packaging. However we do not accept returns on Pens, Paper, Adhesives, Magazines & Idea books or CDs.

Are the prices in Canadian funds?

YES, we are a Canadian family run operation. We are proud to offer you excellent prices in Canadian dollars!
